Welcome to Saint Joseph Cathedral!

Know that on behalf of the clergy, staff and parishioners of Saint Joseph Cathedral we are delighted that you have chosen Saint Joseph's as your parish.  In response to your desire to join the parish, I welcome you to complete the new parishioner registration form (details below).

After one of the Sunday Masses please introduce yourself, if you have not already done so, to one of the clergy in the back of the Cathedral.

Please complete the online registration form by clicking on the link at the end of this section.  Note the form is in Adobe Acrobat format and you will need either the Adobe Acrobat program or the Acrobat Reader to view and fill in the form.  If you do not have Acrobat, you can download a free Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in.  After you download the plug-in, re-click on the link to view the registration form and you should be able to see and complete the form.

The fields on the form can be entered manually or you may print out the blank form and fill it out manually.  To print the form, click on the Print button on Adobe Acrobat's menu (it usually looks like a small printer icon).

NEW!  You can now save the completed form now with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.   To save the form, click on the floppy disk icon.

After you have completed the form, please:

• Mail the completed registration form to:

            Attention: New Parishioner Registration

• You can also turn in the completed form at any Mass at the Cathedral by putting the form in a collection basket.
   

• You can E-mail the completed form to webmaster@saintjosephcathedral.org.  This only applies if you completed the form with your computer and saved the file.  You will then need to attach the form to your e-mail.
