I can’t thank the organizers and the participants (close to 200) for the very successful picnic! The Mass, the Food, the Games, the Entertainment (especially the music gift of the young boys and girls who sang and danced so many tunes from the 50’s 60’s and 70’s - you were great). Thanks to the cheerleaders of Watterson who helped with the children’s games and those who helped with the face paintings and also the balloon man who gave the children so much joy. Check out the pictures on our webpage. We are truly building a community of God’s people. I am so filled with joy at what is happening here at St. Joseph’s Cathedral!!

CATHEDRAL PICNIC PIE CONTEST!
There were many delicious pies entered into the pie contest at the Cathedral picnic submitted by parishioners. Judges took time deliberating their decisions. The winners were: 1st Place: Michelle Buck for her Grape pie; 2nd Place: Steve Krakowka for his Apple Raspberry Walnut Pie, and 3rd Place: Nancy Thornock for Nancy's Fancy Apple Pie. Congratulations to all!
